Days Inn is a motel chain, based in the United States. Founded in 1970, it is now part of the larger Wyndham Hotel Group. The first Days Inn Hotel was built in 1970, by Christian philanthropist Cecil N.Day on Tybee Island. Originally, Days Inns featured 'Tasty World Restaurants' and had on-site petrol stations to offer their customers cheaper fuel, which guests could reserve upon check-in.
There are now more than 1900 hotels operating worldwide, including destinations such as China, Philippines, South Africa and Canada, as well as the UK. They are also associated with Travelodge hotels. Days Inn hotels have also earned the title 'Best Value under the Sun'.
They offer budget accommodation for families, and work in conjunction with Woosh Airport Hotels at major locations such as London Gatwick and London Heathrow.
